Two women steal a SUV in Wantagh

Two women jumped into a gray Toyota Rav 4 sports utility vehicle in the parking lot of the Wantagh McDonald’s right after the own got out of it to go into the fast food eatery near 1:30 a.m. on July 17, police said.

The women were last seen heading north on Wantagh Avenue. The man, 56, said the vehicle contained his wallet, credit cards and assorted documents.

One woman is described as black, medium build 5-9, 170 pounds with long braided hair and she was wearing a white tank top.

Another woman is described as black, medium build, 5-6, 160 pounds wearing dark pants and a white T-shirt.
