Eisenhower Park becomes ‘Broadway East’ when Neil Berg’s “100 Years of Broadway” visits the Harry Chapin Lakeside Theatre stage. The nostalgia-filled musical revue features some of the greatest Broadway showstoppers of the past century. It features a cast of Broadway actors and actresses – including Carol Demas (“Phantom of the Opera” and “Grease”), Rob Evan (“Les Miserables” and “Jekyll and Hyde”), Lawrence Clayton (“Dream Girls” and “Jesus Christ Super Star”), Natalie Toro “Evita” and “Les Miserables”), Rita Harvey (“Phantom of the Opera”), and Carter Calvert (“Cats”).

Kids can enjoy at a special program at Theodore Roosevelt Sanctuary and Audubon Center without their parents that involves a fascinating exploration of the sanctuary. The program, for ages 5-9, involves nature games, an up-close interaction with nighttime animals and an evening stroll through grounds (not scary). Also learn about different types of insects and their importance in everyday lives.
