Mostly Cloudy Fire torches Lakeview home
Authorities still investigating cause of late morning blaze

Nassau County fire and police officials say they are actively investigating the cause of a Wednesday morning fire at a home on Coventry Road in Lakeview.
According to authorities, the Lakeview Fire Department received a call at around 11:23 a.m., and firefighters rushed to the scene and found the home engulfed in flames and smoke. Volunteers from the Malverne, West Hempstead, Franklin Square and Rockville Centre fire departments also responded to the call.
Police said the residents of the home were able to escape before the fire spread throughout the front of the house and no one was injured.
No further information was available.
