The Kennedy High School girls’ soccer team came together on Sept. 17 in support of Children’s Cancer Awareness Month. After an early-morning practice, all 23 players met at Salon Envy in Merrick and purchased Streaks of Sunshine hair extensions, with proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York.
