Learn while savoring a four-course meal at La Novella Ristorante
Enjoy a four-course dinner cooked by the owner of La Novella Ristorante, Michael Cobi at “Cooking with the Chef,” presented by the East Meadow Chamber of Commerce at La Novella on Tuesday, Aug. 17 at 6:30 p.m.
The event gives guests a chance to watch a cooking demonstration by Chef Michael Cobi. The chef will be cooking a four course meal, with a suggested wine accompanying each course.
The dinner will begin with mushrooms stuffed with hot and sweet Italian sausages served with an Italian merlot. The second course will be a Caesar salad served with chardonnay followed by the main course of veal san martino scaloppini served with carbonate savinion. Finally, the fourth course will be a dessert made with fresh fruit, strawberry gelato, and homemade lemon cello.
