A message from the family and friends of Samantha Eisenberg

To the Editor:

We are writing to you on behalf of our beloved Samantha Eisenberg and her family.  Samantha, a longtime East Meadow resident, was in a serious car accident on Feb. 12.

Samantha and her friends were driving from Rochester to Buffalo when a tractor-trailer ran a red light and collided with their car. Although Samantha was sitting in the back seat of the car, she suffered severe injuries to her brain, pelvis, and liver and is listed in critical condition in Strong Memorial Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit in Rochester.

We hope our prayers will be answered and that Samantha will eventually make a full recovery, regaining all of her strengths and functions. Her doctors have given us hope that she will recover, but she faces a long, strenuous recovery that will be tiring for her and her family. The Eisenberg family is profoundly grateful for the outpouring of love, affection and concerns from her many friends.

The family is touched by the many offerings of help they have received since the accident.

Please make any donations payable to “The Boyajian Family" and mail to P.O. Box 860, East Meadow, N.Y. 11554.

Please e-mail 4samanthaeisenberg@gmail.com if you have any questions, concerns or well wishes that you would like to be passed on to the family. Thank you in advance for your generosity and support and, most importantly, for your thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

The friends and family of Samantha Eisenberg
