Clarke senior to play college lacrosse

Natalie Morano, 17, a senior at W.T. Clarke High School, recently signed a letter of intent to play lacrosse at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she plans to study biology/pre-veterinarian.

Morano, who plays defense and midfield, is a three-sport varsity athlete, a three-year scholar athlete, and a member of National Honor Society, Science Honor Society, English Honor Society and Language Honor Society. She was selected 2013 first team All-Academic by U.S. Lacrosse and has multiple All-Conference awards.

In her free time, she volunteers at the North Shore Animal League and as a counselor at the Camp HorseAbility for special needs children. She is also a member of Clarke’s Key Club and is a student mentor.

  Morano played lacrosse at Clarke for four years, and club lacrosse for the Long Island TOGZ for two years.
