Mostly Cloudy East Meadow Hotshotz are champs

During last month’s 35th annual East Meadow Summer Tournament, the East Meadow Hotshotz, representing the 12-and-under girls’ premier division, went undefeated en route to a first place victory.
The team scored a total of 23 goals in the group play with no goals allowed, and secured the championship with a 4 to 1 win against the FC Sting in the finals.
The tournament, comprising thousands of children from throughout the Northeast, is hosted by the East Meadow Soccer Club.
