As thousands of East Meadow students began the new school year last week, it also marked a new beginning for the district’s new superintendent, Louis DeAngelo.
For kindergartners at Bowling Green, and at the district’s other elementary schools, last week also signified the beginning of their school journey.
DeAngelo welcomed kindergarten students on Sept. 9, as they strolled into Bowling Green for their first official day of class. He also took a tour of the Meadowbrook Elementary School on Sept. 8.
