Jake's celebrates grand opening in East Meadow

Jake's Tavern of East Meadow was welcomed to the neighborhood during a special ribbon cutting ceremony on April 15. Joining owner Joseph Lucente and his staff to mark the occasion was Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray, Town Clerk Mark Bonilla, County Legislator Norma Gonsalves, East Meadow Chamber of Commerce President Rose Fuger, Immediate Past President Dr. Janine Kelly, 2nd Vice President Peter Cipriano, Executive Secretary Katy O'Connell and Past President Walter Skinner. Jake's is located on 346 Newbridge Road in East Meadow, and can be reached at (516) 679-1853.
