The East Meadow Chamber of Commerce welcomed Salisbury Tavern to the community with a ribbon cutting on Sept. 7. The restaurant and bar opened its doors last September after owner Joe LaRosa sought to establish a restaurant close to his home in Salisbury. LaRosa is a restaurateur who also owns Barosa and LaRosa’s Pizzeria. He opened Salisbury Tavern with Joe Aloi and Tony Russo.
