Despite a remarkable effort, the Rocks fell just short of a trip to the Nassau County Class B title game with a heartbreaking 72-66 triple overtime loss in the semifinals to No. 2 Wheatley at LIU-Post last Saturday night. Senior Kevin Blessington scored a career-high 25 points and pulled down 14 rebounds for East Rockaway.
