Bagel Boss serving the Five Towns for 13 years

Open from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, Bagel Boss in Hewlett has been serving its customers for 13 years. Nearly 30 employees work at the Hewlett store at 1352 Peninsula Blvd. in the Peninsula Shopping Center. 

A kosher establishment that is under rabbinical supervision, Bagel Boss offers three holiday catering packages for up to 20 people. The first package for 10 people includes: hand sliced Nova Scotia, whitefish salad, tuna salad, egg salad, plain and scallion cream cheese, and one dozen bagels and bialys, along with tomato, onions and cucumber. 

The second package for 14 people includes: fillet whitefish; Nova Scotia; baked salmon; sable plate; tuna and egg salad; plain, vegetable and scallion cream cheese, herring in cream sauce; 24 assorted bagels and bialys; tomato, onions and cucumber. The third package consists of everything in the second package except with 36 assorted bagels and bialys.
