Charlotte Partman of Woodmere dies

Charlotte Partman, a 40-year Five Towns resident, died on February 15. She was 51 years old.

A Hewlett High School graduate of 1977, Partman went on to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Hofstra University in 1982. She was a certified public accountant at a firm in Rockville Centre until the time of her death.

Partman was an 18-year member of the Hewlett-East Rockaway Jewish Centre and dedicated much of her time to charitable organizations such as the American Liver Foundation. She was also a gourmet cook, baker, and an accomplished musician and enjoyed entertaining family and friends.

“She was the sweetest, most caring and loving, devoted, courageous, smart wife, mother, aunt, daughter, sister and friend,” her daughter Rochelle said.

She is survived by her husband Brian, children Rochelle, 20, Mitchell, 17, and Sari, 13, mother Marilyn Miller, sisters Lois Weiner, Ann Acriche, Ilene Rusinowitz and mother-in-law Adele Partman. Her father, Howard Miller and father-in-law Hyman predeceased her.

Services were held on Feb. 16 at New Montefiore Cemetery in West Babylon.
