Overcast Chabad celebrates Hanukkah in the park

Chabad’s grand menorah was lit on the first night of Hanukkah in Cedarhurst Park.

The Chabad of the Five Towns kicked off Hanukkah with its annual grand menorah lighting at Andrew J. Parise Cedarhurst Park on Nov. 27, the first night of the eight-day holiday.
Lighting the menorah continued through Dec. 4, with guest lighters and there was music and hot latkes, along with gifts for the children.
