Arrests

LAWRENCE-According to officials, Danielle Lovarco, 25, of Massapequa Park, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Nassau Expressway and Rock Hall Road on May 22 at 1 p.m.

MEADOWMERE-Police said Clinton Wilson, 60, of Springfield Gardens, was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a vehicular accident at the intersection of Rockaway Turnpike and East Avenue on May 22 at 8 p.m.

Grand Larceny

CEDARHURST-Police said a laptop was removed from an unlocked locker at a school building on Central Avenue on May 17 at 3 p.m.

HEWLETT BAY PARK-Jewelry was removed from a Lefferts Road residence on May 17 at 3 p.m., officials said.

HEWLETT HARBOR-Authorities said cash, personal papers and credit cards were removed from an unlocked vehicle on Adams Road and fraudulent charges were made to the victim’s credit card on May 19 at 6 p.m.

INWOOD-Officials said a Walcott Avenue resident received an email from an unknown suspect stating they were a Dell employee in Australia and wanted to hire them. The suspect requested the victim send $4,960 and the victim was later notified that the money had been withdrawn from their back account without permission on May 19 at 8:30 p.m.

Larceny

MEADOWMERE-Two unknown suspects ordered multiple drinks and fled without paying the bill at a Rockaway Boulevard business on May 18 at 10 p.m., police said.

WOODMERE-On May 12 at 9 p.m., items that were dropped off by the United Parcel Service were removed from the front of an Addison Street residence, according to officials.

LAWRENCE-Police said cash and a GPS were removed from a vehicle parked on Fulton Street on May 19 at 6:30 p.m.

HEWLETT HARBOR-Cash and a GPS were removed from an unlocked vehicle parked on Club Drive on May 19 at 5 p.m., authorities said.

HEWLETT-Officials said a GPS was removed from an unlocked vehicle parked on Channon Road on May 19 at 5 p.m.

INWOOD-License plates and registration was removed from a vehicle parked at a Burnside Avenue business on May 20 at 7 p.m., police said.

ATLANTIC BEACH-On May 20 at 9:30 p.m., authorities said an air conditioning unit was removed from a Park Street business.

LAWRENCE-A cell phone was removed from a Rockaway Turnpike business on May 20 at 9:30 p.m., police said.

WOODMERE-Cash was removed from a vehicle parked on Oak Street at 7:30 p.m. on May 22, according to authorities.

WOODMERE-Officials said cash and an iPod were removed from an unlocked vehicle parked on Cedar Lane on May 22 at 8 p.m.

Criminal mischief

INWOOD-An unlocked vehicle parked on Zavatt Street was keyed and ransacked by an unknown suspect on May 23 at 11:30 p.m., according to authorities.

Identity Theft

CEDARHURST-A resident of White Drive reported being the victim of identity theft when multiple fraudulent withdrawals were made to their checking account on May 18 at 6 p.m., police said.
