Five Towns spraying rescheduled for Aug. 13

The sections of of Cedarhurst, Hewlett Neck, Inwood, Lawrence, Woodmere, and Woodsburgh will now be sprayed for West Nile Virus on Aug. 13 from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Nassau County postponed the ground treatment that was scheduled to occur on Aug. 7.

Adulticide application by truck will be conducted and bounded by the following geographical area: Areas South of Peninsula Boulevard and West of Woodmere Boulevard
