Five Towns students show their apprecation for soldiers

Five Towns students joined together to package personal letters of thanks and other items that will be sent to U.S. Soldiers for Memorial Day.

Students from Lawrence Woodmere Academy, Solomon Schecter, The Brandeis School and Woodmere Middle School wrote letters and boxed care packages for U.S. military personnel in honor of Memorial Day on May 24. The event was organized the Chabad of Hewlett and coordinated by Luann Myers, a LWA parent.
