East Coast Endodontics, a Hewlett-based dental practice, had its staff, including doctors Michael Feldman, Even Chugerman and Patrick Ng-a-fook, performed more than 25 free root canals and provided medical treatment during the eighth annual Volunteer Day held in conjunction with the Coalition of Concerned Medical Professionals on March 8.
The coalition is an independent, all volunteer, private membership organization of health care professionals, students and low income families that are seeking to eliminate economic barriers. Year-round free preventative medical care benefits and non-emergency dental benefits are available from the CCMP.
