Overcast Jewish comedy at Sunny Atlantic in Atlantic Beach
Proceeds to benefit the Chabad Terror Victims Project
Oceanside native Lenny Marcus, who appeared recently on the “Late Show with David Letterman” will headline “Kosher Komedy” at Sunny Atlantic Beach Club’s Boardwalk Café at 2035 Ocean Blvd. in Atlantic Beach on Aug. 16.
Master roaster Phil Selman, a regular at major comedy clubs in New York City who has appeared on Showtime, will serve as host of the show being produced by Woodmere resident Kenny Gluck. It will also feature Dave Goldstein. He has been on “Conan” several times, the Comedy Network, the National Lampoon Radio network and opened for Dennis Miller.
Doors open for dinner and drinks at 7 p.m. Showtime is at 8:15 p.m. Dinner package includes a Glatt kosher buffet $40 in advance through PayPal or $45 at the door (no minimum beverage purchase required, cash bar available).
Show only $20 in advance through PayPal or $25 at the door (two beverage minimum purchase per person required).
