Peninsula Kiwanis members Frank Basile, Donnie Esopa, Frank Mistero, Stephen Witt and Kevin Cooney visited the Five Towns Early Learning Center just before Christmas.
The Kiwanis group is one of the sponsors of the Inwood pre-school that is lead by Executive Director Pepper Robinson. Cooney, whose red checks give him a Santa Claus-like look read the classic Clement Clarke Moore poem “Twas Night Before Christmas” to the children.
