Peninsula Public Library Trustee Reva Oliner donated a collection of Jewish-themed books last month.
Oliner and her husband, Marty, in honor of their parents Margie and Shimon Sumner and Hena and Oskar Oliner, gave what is being called the Oliner Collection to PPL.
The collection for children, tweens and young adults promotes Jewish themes featuring Jewish characters and stories.
PPL is at 280 Central Ave. in Lawrence. The website is peninsulapublic.org.
