Steve Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers to appear at Tilles Center

Steve Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers visit Tilles Center for an evening of bluegrass and comedy, on Saturday, May 26, at 8 p.m.

The actor-comedian has joined forces with the bluegrass band in a special collaboration of comedy and inventive muscianship. In the roughly three years since Martin and The Steep Canyon Rangers have been touring together they have delighted audiences at Bonnaroo, New Orleans’ Jazz Fest and The Newport Folk Festival, to name a few. They’ve embarked on four well-received tours with many critics noting Martin’s “exceptional musicianship.”

Their bluegrass album, Rare Bird Alert, was released to much critical acclaim last year.
