A two-car accident in Inwood resulted in a red light camera being destroyed.

A two-car accident resulted in one vehicle being overturned and both cars having spilled a substantial amount of fluids at the intersection of Sheridan Boulevard and Carvel Avenue in Inwood by the Nassau County and Queens border at 5:15 a.m. on Sunday.
Neither driver was seriously injured, officials said. However, the red light camera pointed at southbound traffic into Queens was destroyed. The Inwood Fire Department and New York City firefighters and police responded to the scene.
