Woman pulled from crunched car

After a two-car collision at the intersection of Peninsula Boulevard and Longacre Avenue in Woodmere on Aug. 8 at 2 p.m., a woman needed to be rescued from the front seat of her Hyundai by the Woodmere Fire Department. She was taken to South Nassau Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
