More than 40 classic cars filled the parking lot near One Johnson Place in Woodmere on Aug. 17 as the Woodmere Merchants Association held its first-ever Classic Car Show.
A deejay provided musical entertainment and trophies were presented to some of the car owners. According to WMA President John Santopolo, the event was “very well received” and attendance was good enough to propel the group to do it again next year and possibly improve on it by providing food through some of the local restaurants.
