Nassau police detailed arrests made on Wednesday in Franklin Square for several counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance at a news conference held at the Nassau County Police Department building in Mineola. 26-year-old Anthony Cinelli of Miller Place, along with a passenger, were arrested after officers uncovered both drugs and unlicensed firearms inside Cinelli’s vehicle, which was parked on Franklin Avenue in Franklin Square. A polymer pistol frame, which Ryder deemed part of a “ghost gun,” or homemade firearm, was also inside Cinelli’s car, police said. more
