UPDATE: Residents were startled at the sudden flash of lightning and clap of thunder shortly before 8 p.m. on Tuesday when round two of the today's storm announced itself, bringing with it sleet and wind. Locally higher amounts are possible. Winds gusts can hit 25 TO 35 MPH, and visibility will be under a quarter mile at times.
