The Lynbrook Owls had much to celebrate during Varsity Fall Sports Recognition Night. The Varsity Football team clinched the Long Island Championship for the first time since 1992. MSG ranked the team as the Number One small school team in the tri-state area, and the team ranked 25th in the National Football Foundation’s final Tri-State poll. The Girls Cross Country team finished their season as Conference champs. In addition, the Boys Soccer team won the Nassau Officials Team Sportsmanship Award, while the Girls Volleyball team was the winner of the Conference I Sportsmanship award. more
