The Malverne Volunteer Ambulance Corp is gearing up for the holidays with a huge Christmas basket that can be yours! The basket is donated in memory of Edith C. Heinsohn, a 55-year resident of Malverne who died last year after a 10-year battle with Alzheimers. More than 30 holiday items are included in this festive basket. The MVAC will be accepting donations for tickets; $1 each; six for $5; 12 for $10; 24 for $20. Your donations are tax deductible.
