The Baldwin Public Library hosted “Once Upon an Island: Caribbean BBQ” on Feb. 3.
Several community members attended this food demonstration, hosted by chef Brian Collins. Collins taught participants about how to prepare jerk chicken, Cuban style pulled pork, rice, pigeon peas, and Caribbean slaw.
