Families from Baldwin and surrounding communities filled the Coral House with springtime excitement as they gathered for the annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny on Sunday, a festive event that blended holiday tradition with interactive fun for those of all ages.

Dressed in pastel colors and beaming with anticipation, children were greeted by the Easter Bunny, who made his way from table to table posing for photos, waving and sharing hugs.

Parents snapped pictures as their children lit up at the chance to meet the holiday guest up close.

The event featured a breakfast buffet with classic offerings, including bagels, pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and French toast sticks. For those seeking lunch options, the Coral House also served chicken fingers and French fries, along with a variety of beverages, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Music and laughter filled the room on March 29. The atmosphere was part community gathering and part seasonal celebration, and there were a variety of activities in addition to the meal, including Easter-themed balloon sculpting and face painting. Many children left with painted designs on their cheeks, ranging from bunnies to flowers.

For families, the event offered a morning out, and an opportunity to enjoy time together and mark the arrival of spring. Events like the breakfast continue to serve as seasonal touchstones, bringing communities together through simple traditions focusing on joy, creativity and connection.

As the event wrapped up, children left with balloon creations in hand and smiles on their painted faces, many already looking forward to their next chance to celebrate with the Easter Bunny.
