PHOTOS: Music in the Park presents Toby Tobias Ensemble
Nassau County Legislator Debra Mulé invited music lovers to join her at Silver Lake Park on Thursday, July 11 for the second installment of the 2024 “Music in the Park” series. The event was sponsored by Ridgewood Savings Bank and presented in partnership with the Baldwin Civic Association and Baldwin Historical Society, featuring the Toby Tobias Ensemble.
“Generations of Baldwin residents have enjoyed the beauty of Silver Lake Park in so many ways, and I was glad to see that this new tradition of live summer concerts continued to grow in popularity,” said Legislator Mulé. “I am thankful to our partners at the Baldwin Civic Association, the Baldwin Historical Society, and Ridgewood Savings Bank for supporting this initiative and embracing this exciting tradition in our community.”
The second annual concert series kicked off on June 13 with performances by Matthew Ponsot, James O’Malley, Bob Wescott, and Stephen Robinson. The third and final concert is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 8, featuring Steelin’ In The Years – a Steely Dan Tribute Band.
