Cub Scout Pack 824, Chartered by the Knights of Columbus, Daniel J. Bradley Council #3102, held its Third Annual Pinewood Derby on Jan. 22 at St. Christopher's Church.
More than 35 Cub Scouts and their families came down for the races. Over the past few months, the scouts worked diligently to make their cars from a small block of pine. The winners at each rank will be moving on to the Iroquois District Finals in March.
The Pinewood Derby was coordinated by Michael Cecere, director of Cecere-Pensa Funeral Home.
