Local children got a chance to create some tasty treats in honor of Halloween recently during Baldwin Public Library’s Chocolate-Covered Oreos program.
Katherine Giouvalanis, who works with several area libraries and children’s groups offering 70 different food workshops, led the demonstration where children decorated the famous cookie with all sorts of toppings, including chocolate.
