East Meadow voter registration hours
Registration of voters not previously registered and eligible to vote will take place from Monday, May 3 to Friday, May 6 and on Monday, May 9, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the office of the District Clerk at the Leon J. Campo Salisbury Administrative Center located at 718 The Plain Road in Salisbury. Evening registration will also be held on Thursday, May 5 in the main corridor of the Leon J. Campo Salisbury Center between the hours of 7 and 9 p.m.
The vote on the school and library budget and board elections will be held on May 17.
Budget presentations
An official budget presentation on the adopted school budget for 2011-12 will be held on May 5 at 7:30 p.m. in the Leon J. Campo Salisbury Center. A public hearing on the proposed library budget will be held on May 4 at 8 p.m. at the East Meadow Public Library, located at 1886 Front Street.
