Fire District elections to be held on Tuesday

Michael Finkelman will be running unopposed for reelection to a seat on the East Meadow Board of Fire Commissioners. The elections will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 8 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Voters who live south of Hempstead Turnpike should vote at Headquarters (197 East Meadow Ave.) For those who live north of the turnpike, vote at Station No. 3 on North Newbridge Road and Carnation Road.
