Police: Gunshots heard on Carmen Avenue

A 41-year-old East Meadow resident called police after reportedly hearing three gunshots outside his home on Carmen Avenue early this morning, said police.
Police saw two .38 caliber gunshot holes in the man’s wall and noticed a third shot had entered a pillar on the resident’s front porch.
No injuries were reported and police said no shell casings were found at the scene.
Detectives from the Special Investigation Squad continue to investigate the incident.
