The St. Mary’s/Maris Stella Knights of Columbus welcomed members, families and friends to its annual Family BBQ this summer, bringing the Lynbrook community together for an afternoon of food, games and fellowship at the council hall on Hempstead Avenue.
Guests enjoyed a traditional barbecue featuring hamburgers, hot dogs and other summer favorites while children and adults took part in lawn games and activities throughout the event. The annual gathering gave members an opportunity to reconnect, welcome new families and celebrate the summer season in a relaxed setting.
The Family BBQ is one of several community events hosted each year by the St. Mary’s/Maris Stella Knights of Columbus. In addition to social gatherings, the council organizes fundraisers and service projects throughout the year that support local charitable causes, the parish and community outreach initiatives.
