Lawrence High School’s homecoming included a change in tradition. Instead of the annual parade that began between Lawrence and Cedarhurst and ended at the high school.
This year, students and faculty created a carnival-like atmosphere for about two hours on the high school campus complete with games and entertainment last Saturday. The parade took place at halftime of the football game between Lawrence and Glen Cove. The visitors won 39-12.
