Michael David Grajeda Suazo, 18, was fatally stabbed in Hempstead on June 28, according to Nassau County police.
Officers responded to a report of an injured person at about 9:25 p.m. in front of 545 Fulton Ave., where they found the man suffering from stab wounds to the torso, police said.
Grajeda Suazo, a resident of the village, was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead by a doctor.
The investigation remains ongoing.
