The Kelly Forman Team at Compass opened their brand-new office at 38 West Park Ave., Suite 200, in Long Beach.
Previously operating from a satellite office in Bridgeworks on Long Beach Boulevard, Kelly Forman, an associate real estate broker and team leader, said the move was driven by the desire for street presence and to grow the team.
“My eye doctor mentioned to me he had a friend with an open commercial space,” Forman said. “The location is great and we decided to make the investment to grow our business.”
Forman and her six-person team joined Compass Real Estate in December 2021. She has lived in Long Beach for nearly two decades and said her team looks forward to helping community members with their real estate needs.
“We have two slogans,” Forman said. “One is ‘ride with us’ and the other is ‘setting the course and navigating the journey.’ Our goal is to be advisors and supporters, whether you are joining our community or leaving.”
Forman gave thanks to her director of operations, Jamie Schneider, and Melissa Walsh, who assists with staging Compass properties, for helping to design the space and prepare it for opening.
