Lynbrook's the place for holiday fun

The Lynbrook Winter Celebration was full of fun, with a petting zoo, lively dancers, carolling, a tree lighting, and a visit from Santa.
Local merchants stayed open sell their wares and serve sweet treats and hot chocolate to the chilly crowd.

John Giammarino’s one-level house stood near the intersection of Bellmore Avenue and Clubhouse Road for 30 years. But only three years after the south Bellmore resident began renting the waterfront home, his landlord sent crews to rip out what was left of the walls.
