Crime report: Lynbrook, East Rockaway

Arrests
On Aug. 6 at 2:20 a.m., a 45-year-old of Oceanside, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, fifth-degree possession of stolen property, speeding in a posted zone, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without the benefit of valid insurance or inspection on Broadway in Lynbrook.

At 3:29 p.m. on Aug. 9, a 54-year-old of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with warrants for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and an equipment violation at the scene of an auto accident on Ocean Avenue in Lynbrook.

A 25-year-old of Wyandanch, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Franklin Avenue in Lynbrook on Aug. 10 at 10:45 p.m.

On Aug. 11 at 10:20 p.m., a 23-year-old of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary in room #158 of the Capri Motor Inn, 5 Freer St., Lynbrook.

At 10:20 p.m. on Aug. 11, a 20-year-old of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary in room #158 of the Capri Motor Inn, 5 Freer St., Lynbrook.

A 21-year-old of Franklin Square, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and one violation of vehicle and traffic law on 2nd Avenue in East Rockaway on Aug. 11 at 1:50 a.m.

On Aug. 13 at 11:50 p.m., a 19-year-old of Far Rockaway, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding in a posted zone on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.

At 11:46 p.m. on Aug. 16, a 29-year-old of Far Rockaway, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.

A 21-year-old of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, obstructing a highway, and driving while intoxicated on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook on Aug. 17 at 4:05 a.m.

On Aug. 17 at 12:33 p.m., a 29-year-old of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and an equipment violation on Union Avenue in Lynbrook.
