Arrests
On Oct. 4 at 9:40 p.m., a 23-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with giving a false statement in regards to a case report filed on Denton Avenue in Lynbrook.
On Oct. 7 at 10:52 p.m., a 27-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with larceny which occurred at the Rite Aid Pharmacy, 400 Sunrise Hwy. in Lynbrook.
On Oct. 10 at 2:09 p.m., two 42-year-old Hempstead men were arrested and charged with larceny which occurred at the CVS Pharmacy, 633 Merrick Rd. in Lynbrook.

Burglary
Between 11:40 p.m. on Oct. 1 and 7:50 a.m. on Oct. 2, $3,000 was taken from a cash register at a business on Union Ave. in Lynbrook.
Criminal Mischief
n Between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sept. 28, a tire valued at $185 was slashed on a 2009 Pontiac parked on Winter Street in Lynbrook.
n Between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Oct. 3, two tires valued at $297 were slashed on a 2009 Pontiac parked on Winter Street in Lynbrook.

Larceny
On Sept. 16 at 8 a.m., a ring was reported missing from a residence on Atlantic Avenue in East Rockaway.
On Oct. 4, a victim reported that he had purchased a 1967 Pontiac GTO valued at $4,000 on Ebay on July 24. According to police, the victim paid the $4,000, but never received the vehicle.
Between 1 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 6, a 1970 Mercury Cyclone GT valued at $13,000 was taken from a garage on Earle Avenue in Lynbrook.
Between 10:45 p.m. on Oct. 7 and 11 a.m. on Oct. 8, four tires and rims valued at $6,700 were taken from Atlantic Infinity, 855 Sunrise Hwy. in Lynbrook.
