Arrests
On Jan. 1 at 5:23 a.m., A 25-year-old woman of Freeport, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation on Union Avenue in Lynbrook.
At 9 p.m. on Jan. 2, a 22-year-old man of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with criminal sale of marijuana and criminal possession of marijuana on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.
A 29-year-old woman of East Rockaway, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle and circumvention of interlock device on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on Jan. 2 at 9 a.m.
On Jan. 5 at 5:40 a.m. a 27-year-old woman of Bayside, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, uninspected motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and equipment violation on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.
A 21-year-old man of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle on uninsured motor vehicle on Merrick Road in Lynbrook on Dec. 6 at 12:08 p.m.
On Jan. 7 at 9:50 p.m., a 53-year-old man of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates, no seat belt and uninsured motor vehicle on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.
At 11:35 a.m. on Jan. 8, a 50-year-old, of West Hempstead, was arrested and charged with an open warrant for Lynbrook Village Code violation inspection of premises on Cherry Lane in Lynbrook.
A 40-year-old, of East Rockaway, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and harassment on McKinley Avenue in Lynbrook on Jan. 9 at 1 a.m.
On Jan. 10 at 8:25 a.m., a 41-year-old woman of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an incident (auto accident) on Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook.
Petit larceny
At 11:30am on Dec. 27, a complainant reports that an unknown person(s) removed one gold ring, valued at $100, two checkbooks and $280 in cash from their residence at Atria Lynbrook, located at 100 Peninsula Blvd, Lynbrook. The total loss is valued at $380.
