Arrests
On July 18 at 10:05 p.m., an 18-year-old Hewlett Harbor man was arrested and charged with stalking in the fourth degree that occurred on Harrison Avenue in Lynbrook.
On July 18 at 10:08 p.m., a 21-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Harrison Avenue in Lynbrook.
On July 18 at 10:09 p.m., a 29-year-old Oceanside man was arrested and charged with criminal contempt of court in the first degree which occurred on Washington Avenue in Lynbrook.
On July 19 at 9:50 p.m., a 35-year-old Rosedale man was arrested in the parking lot of In and Out Express, 118 Broadway in Lynbrook, and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

On July 21 at 6:10 a.m., a 53-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested on Driving Park Avenue in Lynbrook, and charged with possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle.
On July 22 at 3:10 a.m., a 21-year-old Inwood man was arrested on Fowler Avenue in Lynbrook, and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to police, the defendant also had three open warrants for violation of probation.
On July 22 at 10:11 p.m., a 49-year-old Woodmere man was arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree for selling alcohol to a minor at The Quality Convenience Store, 188 Hempstead Avenue in Lynbrook.
On July 24 at 6 p.m., a 69-year-old Freeport man was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree which occurred on Bixley Heath in Lynbrook.

Criminal mischief
A complainant reported that, after returning from vacation, she found the side door of her home damaged sometime between July 5 and July 11 at Surrey Commons in Lynbrook.
