Crime Watch: Lynbrook, East Rockaway

Arrests
On Sept. 30 at 9:40 p.m., a 41-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested on Denton Avenue in Lynbrook and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

On Oct. 2 at 2:45 a.m., a 22-year-old Huntington Station man was arrested on Ocean Avenue in Lynbrook and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Larceny

On Sept. 22, it was reported that an employee of a law firm on Merrick Road in Lynbrook took $3,000 by issuing an unauthorized check for that amount to herself.

On Sept. 23, it was reported that an employee of a law firm on Merrick Road in Lynbrook took $11,350 by issuing unauthorized checks for various amounts to herself.

The above incidents took place at separate locations and are not connected.
