American Legion wants more veterans to join the organization

Lynbrook’s American Legion Post 335 is looking for more veterans to join. 

The Post currently has 56 members. Any veteran honorable discharged can join the American Legion which works to help veterans, the youth, and supports community endeavors. The Post meets the first Thursday of each month — except for the summer months — at the VFW Hall on Merrick Road and Vincent Avenue.

Veterans interested can call the commander at (516) 599-4877.
