Cleaning up the Town of Babylon

As the town supervisor of Babylon, I am proud to share the remarkable progress we have made through our CLEAN Program since its inception in April. In just a few months, our dedicated town crews have collected nearly 200 tons of litter and debris from our streets, parks and public spaces. This initiative isn’t just about cleaning up; it’s about fostering a sense of pride in our community and ensuring that Babylon remains a welcoming place for residents and visitors alike.

Our team is stepping up to spruce up county and state roadways, because when family or friends arrive off the Southern State Parkway, they should be greeted by the charm and vibrancy of Babylon, not mounds of litter. It’s our responsibility to present our town in the best possible light, and the CLEAN Program is a vital part of that effort.
